Margie’s Savory Topped Fish

A light crunchy topped baked fish!

ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (mahi mahi or other white fish)
  • 1 lemon
  • white wine
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • Bread crumbs from Rustic french bread
  • oregano
  • lemon zest
  • red pepper flakes
  • fresh parsley, chopped

directions

  • 1

    1 Prepare the baking dish. Squeeze a lemon in the dish, a little olive oil, white wine and salt. Add a few crushed garlic cloves and blend.

    2 Set seasoned fish in thebaking dish and top with the bread crumbs and other seasonings.

  • 3

    3 Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
