Margie’s Savory Topped Fish
A light crunchy topped baked fish!
ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (mahi mahi or other white fish)
- 1 lemon
- white wine
- olive oil
- salt
- Bread crumbs from Rustic french bread
- oregano
- lemon zest
- red pepper flakes
- fresh parsley, chopped
directions

1 Prepare the baking dish. Squeeze a lemon in the dish, a little olive oil, white wine and salt. Add a few crushed garlic cloves and blend.

2 Set seasoned fish in thebaking dish and top with the bread crumbs and other seasonings.

3 Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
