A quick and crunchy change from the usual salad side.

ingredients

Salad
  • 1 pkg. Broccoli Slaw
  • 1 pkg. Beef flavoured Mr. Noodles (minus seasoning packet)
  • 1/2 cup toasted Almond slivers
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Dressing
  • 2 tbsp. Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • seasoning packet from Mr. Noodles

directions

  • 1

    Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl, breaking up the noodles into small pieces.

  • 2

    Combine dressing ingredients and mix well.

  • 3

    Toss dressing together with salad ingredients 20 minutes before serving.
