Broccoli Slaw
A quick and crunchy change from the usual salad side.
ingredients
Salad- 1 pkg. Broccoli Slaw
- 1 pkg. Beef flavoured Mr. Noodles (minus seasoning packet)
- 1/2 cup toasted Almond slivers
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup Green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
- 2 tbsp. Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- seasoning packet from Mr. Noodles

Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl, breaking up the noodles into small pieces.

Combine dressing ingredients and mix well.

Toss dressing together with salad ingredients 20 minutes before serving.
