ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 2/3 c. crab meat
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese – diced or grated
  • 1/3 c. sliced green onions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • 2

    Combine mayo, flour & eggs in a large bowl. Combine crab, cheese & onions in another bowl & add to egg mixture.

    Pour into pastry shell

  • 4

    Bake for 40 -45 minutes.
