Passover Jelly Roll
ingredients
- 5 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 Tbsp Sifted corn starch
- 5 egg whites
- Jelly or cut strawberries
- whip cream

Beat egg yolks and add 5 tbsp of the sugar. Blend. Add corn starch. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into egg yolk mixture.

Grease a jelly roll pan 11 x 17", line with wax paper and grease again.

Spread combo into pan an dcook at 400 for 12 minuutes.

Take big piece of wax paper and sprinkle remaining sugar on it. Flip warm cake ont it and peel off the other wax. Roll up cake (should you add a new piece of wax?) while warm and let cool rolled up.

After cool, unroll and spread with jelly or sugars and strawberries that are cut small. Chill. Slice down and serve with whip cream on side if desired.
