Applesauce Salad Deluxe

ingredients
- 1 package raspberry, cherry, or strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups or 15 ounces applesauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 16 ounces sour cream
directions

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

2. Blend in applesauce and lemon juice.

3. Pour into serving dish.

4. Chill until firm.

5. Mix sour cream and marshmallows.

6. Spread over gelatin.
