BBQ Chicken Slaw
Using left over BBQ chicken, turn ordinary Cole slaw into a fresh filling summer salad.
ingredients
- Left over Chicken
- Cabbage
- Red Onion
- Any combination of your fave. veggies
- (celery, peas, carrots, sweet peppers etc.)
- Mayo
- Red wine vinegar
- brown sugar
directions
chop your ingredients. quantities are up to you. just eyeball it. use 1 tablespoon mayo, and a splash of vinegar to each thigh size chicken piece. One heaping tablespoon of brown sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
