Spinach and Mozzarella Roll
Easy and quick to make, but delicious!
ingredients
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, cook and drain well
- 8 oz mozzarella, shredded
- grated cheese
- chopped garlic
- 1 egg, beaten
- Pillsbury pizza crust (in the same refrigerated case where biscuits are found)

Lay out the pizza dough.

Add drained spinach.

Sprinkle the spinach with garlic, pepper, a little salt, grated mozzarella and the grated cheese.

Add a drop of olive oil to the top of mixture.

Roll the dough into a tight jelly roll.

Brush the top with a beaten egg.

Spray cookie sheet with Pam and bake in a 350 degree oven until roll is a nice golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
