MEAT LOAF

- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound Rice’s hot sausage
- 1 teaspoon Worcestireshire sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups crackers and cornflake crumbs
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 4 strips bacon (optional)
- Glaze
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon horse radish (I don’t use nearly this much)
- 2 teaspoon mustard.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix meats together by hand in large bowl.

Add Worcestershire sauce, eggs, cracker crumbs and 3/4 cup ketchup, water and soup mix.

Shape into two loaves.

Place in baking dishes.

Mix Glaze: 1 cup ketchup, brown sugar, horse radish, and mustard.

Spread glaze and bacon on top.
