Chocolate Eclair
ingredients
- 1 box Graham Crackers
- 2 pkgs. French Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 3 cups Milk
- 8 oz, Cool whip
- 1 can Chocolate Frosting, if desired.

Mix, then fold in 8oz,cool whip.

Layer graham crackers in 9x13 pan. Pour half of pudding over crackers, layer crackers again. Pour rest of pudding mixture over the crackers.

Can put Chocolate frosting on top of each layer of crackers, Make sure it is on the top layer.
