Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 eggs
- 1 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1/2 c fresh blueberries

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl. Add the eggs and buttermilk and whisk to combine. The batter should have small to medium lumps. Stir in the blueberries.

Brush the hot pan with butter and pour in the batter. Allow pancakes to cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden.

Serve with maple syrup.
