Celebrations Flourless Chocolate Cake
ingredients
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate
- 8 oz butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 eggs, separated
- raspberry sc
- whipped cream
directions
Melt together the chocolate and butter. Add in the sugar. Add in the lightly beaten yolks, slowly, mixing by hand. Beat the egg whites stiff and fold in to the choc mixture. Pour into 9” springform reserving 1/8 c of batter, and bake 325 for 35-40 minutes (top will harden and crack and fail as it cools). While torte is still hot fill in center with the reserved batter to disguise the cracks. Cool and unmold. Serve with raspberry sauce and whipped cream.
