ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 avocado
  • 5 T tahini
  • 3 T olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon (or more to taste)
  • 3/4 C water
  • 4 or 5 cloves of garlic
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp gram masala

    Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
