Banana Cake

ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 C sugar
- 1/2 C (8 Tbsp) shortening
- 1 C mashed ripe bananas
- 1/4 C orange juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 C flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 bag chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350

cream eggs, sugar,shortening and mix well

mix in bananas and vanilla

add the other ingredients

pour into greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes
