Guacamole Dip

My Mexican recipes were given to me by the Mexican Ministry of Travel when I had the Mexican Police searching for you, because you forgot to call home when you landed in Cancun. They found you and told you to call home because your mother was looking for you. One of my panic stories. Love, Mom
ingredients
- 1 avocado
- Salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
directions

Sprinkle bowl with salt.

Rub garlic into bowl.

Mash and mix ingredients in bowl.

Coat with a fine layer of mayonnaise to avoid discoloration.

Refrigerate or serve.
