Crock Pot Green Chili
A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!
ingredients
- 1 pkg pork stew meat
- 2 lbs roasted green chili
- 1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 can chili ready tomatoes (undrained)
- 2 c. chicken broth (made from chicken bouillon)
- 2 tbs minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbs chili garlic sauce (optional)
- shredded cheddar cheese
- tortillas
directions
In a large skillet, mix stew meat, chicken broth, garlic, hot sauce, chili powder and cumin. Cook over low heat until pork is fully cooked. Meanwhile, peel and seed green chili. Blend together chili and diced tomatoes. Add to crock pot and heat on low. Once pork is cooked, add undrained mixture to crock pot. Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 1-2 hours. Serve, topped with shredded cheese and side of tortillas.
