Blend ingredients and chill for 1-2 hours

Heat pan til hot, but not smoking. Pour batter into pan and when it begins to bubble, turn with a wooden skewer.

Serve dusted with icing sugar, butter, sprinkle of maple syrup and squeeze of lemon.
