Pistachio Cake & Frosting

Need a green cake? Think Christmas, St. Paddy’s Day. . . It’s really moist & flavorful, even if you don’t like pistachios.
ingredients
- 1 lg. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 C oil
- 1 C 7-Up or Club Soda
- 1/2 C nuts
- FROSTING:
- 1 lg. pkg pistachio instant pudding
- 1 pkg dream whip
- 1 1/2 C milk

Combine all ingredients except nuts & beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into a greased & floured bundt pan. Bake at 350. Cool on wire rack. Remove from pan & cut into 3 layers. Frost between layers & outside of cake. Sprinkle with nuts.

Combine all ingredients & beat for 5 minutes.
