Sour Creme Chocolate Cake

- 2 cups of flour
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 sq.unsweetened chocolate (melted)
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- dash salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 sq unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 2 T margarine
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- dash salt
- 2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 T half and half
- 1 tsp vanilla

Put first 4 ingredients together.

Add sour cream, butter, eggs.

Beat low until blended

Then cook on med. heat for 2 minutes

Stir in choc. on low speed.

Add water and beat 2 minutes.

Bake 350 degrees for 30- 35 min.

Combine sugar,flour, salt.

Beat milk gradually with whisk.

Cook and stir over med. heat until thickened.

Remove from heat and beat in eggs carefully 2 tsp at a time to begin with.

Add choc. and vanilla and beat.

Beat cheese and butter.

Add choc. and salt alternately with milk and sugar. Add vanilla
