Chinese noodle soup
Chinese blend full of cabbage and noodles. Broth is made from carcass and skin of rostierre chicken that has been simmered for 2-3 hours
ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 head bok choy, chopped
- 1 head napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 cupp chopped chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 package of ramen
directions
Prepare broth ahead of time, I buy two rostierre chickens, remove meat and simmer carcass and skin for a few hours. In a seperate pan, add olive oil. Cook garlic, onions, celery, carrots and cabbages till tender. Add to broth along with remaining ingredience. Add ramen and simmer about 15 minutes
