Chocolate Delight
ingredients
- 1 Box of Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker Brownie Mix
- 1 large package milk chocolate chips
- 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup pecans (or more as desired)
- 1 large container Cool Whip

Bake and cool brownies according to box directions for cake-like brownies. Melt 1 1/2 cups of milk chocolate chips with 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream and 1 Tbls. water over low heat. Let cool completely. Beat remainder of heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form and adding sugar and vanilla. Fold in melted chocolate mixture to heavy cream mixture to make mousse.

Layer the following ingredients in large glass bowl: crumbled 1/3 of brownies, some pecans, 1/3 of chocolate mousse, and 1/3 of cool whip. Repeat layers ending with cool whip on top. Garnish with pecans, milk chocolate chips, and left-over brownie crumbs. Keep in refrigerator until served.
