Frozen Christmas Punch
This slushy, sweet punch is great to serve for the holidays or any special occasion.
ingredients
- 2(3 oz.)packages Jello (I use strawberry)
- 4 cups boiling water
- 2 cups lemon juice
- 4 cups sugar
- 9 cups cold water
- 1(32 oz) can unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 liter bottle ginger ale
directions
Mix Jello and sugar. Dissolve in boiling water. Add cold water, lemon juice, and pineapple juice. Put in 2, 5 quart buckets and freeze. This should be made at least 2 days in advance and taken out to thaw 3-5 hours before serving. When serving, add 1 liter of ginger ale for each pail.
