Flank Steak Marinade
ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion salt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

Mix ingredients together and pour over the meat. Let marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours. Turn a few times.

Grill flank steak on each side, uncovered for 5 minutes. Slice long, slim, horizontal slices and serve.
