Pizza Casserole
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck and/or italian sausage.
- onion, garlic
- olive oil
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- Pepperoni
- Mushrooms, green pepper (optional)
- Moz. Cheese
- 2 tsp. pizza seasoning or oregano
- 16 oz. Rigatoni Pasta

Brown ground chuck, onions and garlic in pan with olive oil. Drain, add spaghetti sauce, oregano and as much pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper as you want.

Cook pasta, drain and add to above mixture (only add as much as you think needed)

Put mixture in a 9x13, greased pan and top with Moz. cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven until all is bubbling and golden brown on top. Serve with garlic bread and salads.
