ingredients
- 2 lbs extra lean gound beef
- 1/2 lb extra lean ground pork
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 4 large cans whole tomatoes
- 1 large can roasted tomatoes
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 2 small single serving V8 juice
- 3 tbs chile powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- pinch of cinnamon - optional
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 gloves garlic, minced
- 2 heaping tbs salt
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 bottle beer
directions
Saute onion and green pepper with oil in large stock pot until onions are translucent. Add meat and brown. Add all other ingredients. Bring to boil, turn heat down and simmer on low for 2-3 hours.
