Bok Choy Salad
ingredients
- 2 medium bok choy
- 1 small romaine
- 1 bunch scallions
- 2 1/2 oz sesame seeds
- 2 pkg Ramen Noodles
- 1 pkg slivered almonds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil

Wash & cut Bok Choy and Romaine into bite size pieces. Saute sesame seeds, almonds and broken up pieces of Ramen Noodles with oil in a pan until crispy. Take off heat and set aside.

For dressing, add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and oil to sauce pan & bring to a boil. Cool.

When ready to serve, mix everything together.

Make this even more delicious by adding grilled chicken or shrimp.
