Fresh Cranberry Relish
Cool, Tart and Sweet
ingredients
- 1 pkg (12 oz) Fresh Cranberries, grated fairly finely in food processor
- 1 Small Apple, chopped
- 1 Small Orange or Tangerine, chopped
- 1/2 C Sweetened Coconut, shredded
- 1/2 C Pecans, chopped
- 1/2 C Sugar

Wash all Fruit.

Place all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well.

Put into a jar or bowl and refrigerate, stirring every day.

Keeps well in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
