A nice alternative to Peanut Brittle - really delicious

- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
directions
- 1
Grease the bottom of a large, clean sheet pan.
- 2
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter slowly. Add the sunflower seeds and salt, mix until totally coated. Set aside but keep warm.

In a medium heavy skillet or saucier, melt the sugar. Once the sugar has become a light brown liquid, quickly stir in the sunflower seed mixture. Once they are evenly mixed, spread the mixture on a clean, greased sheet pan and let cool (about 10 min).
