Chicken / Vegetable Soup
ingredients
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 medium onions
- 2 small yellow squash
- 1/2 bunch celery
- 2 chicken breasts -- cleaned
- 2 chicken thighs -- cleaned
- 2 tablespoons chicken soup powder
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- 6 cups water
directions
Cut up all vegetables just larger than bite size. Combine all ingredients in large stockpot. Boil and then simmer for at least 1 hour.
