ingredients

  • 2 small zucchini
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 small yellow squash
  • 1/2 bunch celery
  • 2 chicken breasts -- cleaned
  • 2 chicken thighs -- cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons chicken soup powder
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 6 cups water

directions

Cut up all vegetables just larger than bite size. Combine all ingredients in large stockpot. Boil and then simmer for at least 1 hour.
