ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey or chicken
- 2 large onions -- chopped
- 6 boiled potato -- with skin
- 6 large eggs -- hard boiled
- 2 large eggs -- raw
- white pepper
- salt
- dash turmeric
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
- 1/2 cup matzo cracker -- or more if needed
- oil for frying

Chop parsley. Fry parsley, onions and ground turkey or chicken until cooked. Peel and grate boiled potatoes and mix with 2 raw eggs, salt, pepper, chicken powder and turmeric. Combine all ingredients except hard boiled eggs. Cut hard boiled eggs in quarters. Pat mixture into 4" ovals and stuff with a piece of egg. Fold over and fry pieces until brown.
