ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey or chicken
  • 2 large onions -- chopped
  • 6 boiled potato -- with skin
  • 6 large eggs -- hard boiled
  • 2 large eggs -- raw
  • white pepper
  • salt
  • dash turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cup matzo cracker -- or more if needed
  • oil for frying

    Chop parsley. Fry parsley, onions and ground turkey or chicken until cooked. Peel and grate boiled potatoes and mix with 2 raw eggs, salt, pepper, chicken powder and turmeric. Combine all ingredients except hard boiled eggs. Cut hard boiled eggs in quarters. Pat mixture into 4" ovals and stuff with a piece of egg. Fold over and fry pieces until brown.
