Martha's Rhubarb Cake
ingredients
- 5 cups sliced rhubarb (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 ounces box strawberry jello
- 1 small bag mini-marshmallows
- 1 yellow cake mix
directions
Spread cut rhubarb in a greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Combine jello and sugar and sprinkle over rhubarb. Place marshmallows evenly over top. Mix cake as directed and pour over all. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

My daughter Martha made this and when I ate some, I immediately asked for the recipe. It's good I did it in that order because it's the kind of thing I never would have tried, just reading the recipe. It's easy and wondeful! Try it!
