ingredients
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 T. butter
- 2 c. shredded American cheese plus a generous handful of cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. cooked elbow macaroni
