Greek Spaghetti
Easy recipe - few ingredients, but so good.
ingredients
- Spaghetti - enough for four people
- Butter, 1/2 pound (Real butter, not margarine)
- Garlic - 2 or 3 cloves, minced
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Hard Rolls

Follow the directions for cooking the spaghetti, drain. Brown the butter and garlic.

Take down a large serving plate. Sprinkle paremsan cheese on the bottom. Cover with 1/2 the butter. Next place the drained spaghetti. Sprinkle more paremsan cheese on the top, with the rest of the butter. Serve with hard rolls.
notes
You can use much less butter if you're trying to cut back on fat.
