Greek Spaghetti
Easy recipe - few ingredients, but so good.
Spaghetti - enough for four people
Butter, ½ pound (Real butter, not margarine)
Garlic - 2 or 3 cloves, minced
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Hard Rolls
Follow the directions for cooking the spaghetti, drain. Brown the butter and garlic.
Take down a large serving plate. Sprinkle paremsan cheese on the bottom. Cover with ½ the butter. Next place the drained spaghetti. Sprinkle more paremsan cheese on the top, with the rest of the butter. Serve with hard rolls.
