Fruit Smoothie
ingredients
Rasberry Cream Smoothie- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup rasberry yogurt
- 1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/4 frozen banana (chunks)
- 3/4 cup frozen rasberries
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 frozen banana (chunks)
- 1 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
directions
Add all frozen ingredients to a blender, then add all remaining ingredients. Blend on HIGH until smooth. Enjoy.
notes
Add 2 Tbsp. of protein to each smoothie for a filling substitute for breakfast
