Chicken Pineapple Stir Fry
ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 can (15.25 oz) pineapple chunks
- 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add chicken and green pepper. Cook and stir until chicken is done.

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons of juice. Combine reserved juice with teriyaki sauce.

Add pineapple and sauce mixture to skillet. Cover and cook 2 minutes or until heated through.

Serve over rice.
