TERIYAKI CHUCK ROAST
Marinate overnight.
ingredients
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. corn syrup
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 T. ginger
- 2 t. minced garlic
- 3 lbs. chuck roast
directions
Heat pineapple juice, corn syrup, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in a saucepan. Place roast in glass dish; pour marinade over roast. Seal; refrigerate overnight. Place roast and 1 c. marinade in crock pot. Cook on low 5-6 hours. Discard remaining marinade. Baste with juices occasionally. Add potatoes and carrots to crockpot about half way through.
