Be careful, this is so good your guests may not want to leave.

ingredients

  • 2-8oz packages of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped (not marinated)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice from 1 lemon

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Let cream cheese come to room temperature. Thaw and drain spinach.

  • 3

    Combine cream cheese and mayo until well blended. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine.

    Pour mixture into a 9" baking dish.

  • 5

    Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove cover for the last 15 minutes of baking.

  • 6

    Serve with corn chips
