Herb Rice
As easy as plain old rice but much tastier.
ingredients
- 1 c raw rice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp each, rosemary, marjoram, thyme
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1T butter
- 2 c water
directions
Combine all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Stir, cover, and cook over very low heat for 14 minutes or until rice is tender and water is absorbed. Use less water if you prefer a firmer texture.
