Tuna Casserole
This is the only way I like my tuna casserole. Move over noodles, it’s all about the potato chips!
ingredients
- 1 bag potato chips, crushed
- 3 cans sweet peas
- 3 cans tuna
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
directions
In a bowl, drain pea juice (that sounds gross). Add soup and mix with a whisk. In a casserole dish, layer 1/4 of the crushed potato chips. Then pour one can of peas over chips. One can of tuna over the peas, and pour 1/3 of the soup mixture over the tuna. Repeat with chips until finished. End with chips on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes,covered, until bubbly. You can easily double this recipe, or scale it down. Just remember equal cans of peas, tuna and soup. Enjoy!
