California Fish Taco

ingredients

  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 box frozen Oven Ready Breaded Cod Fillets
  • 3 c Stir fry vegetables (Napa Cabbage version) or shredded white cabbage
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp refrigerated Cilantro dressing
  • Juice from one lime
  • 1 c chopped tomato
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

  • 1

    Cook fish fillets according to package instructions. Place on fillet on each open tortilla.

  • 2

    Toss vegetables with dressing and divide among tortillas.

  • 3

    Add a squeeze of lime and some tomatoes to each tortilla, garnish with cilantro.
