California Fish Taco
ingredients
- 6 medium flour tortillas
- 1 box frozen Oven Ready Breaded Cod Fillets
- 3 c Stir fry vegetables (Napa Cabbage version) or shredded white cabbage
- 1 1/2 Tbsp refrigerated Cilantro dressing
- Juice from one lime
- 1 c chopped tomato
- fresh cilantro for garnish

Cook fish fillets according to package instructions. Place on fillet on each open tortilla.

Toss vegetables with dressing and divide among tortillas.

Add a squeeze of lime and some tomatoes to each tortilla, garnish with cilantro.
