- 2 lbs. chicken breasts
- 1 c. yoshida sauce
- 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 can pineapple chunks with juice
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 large crown of broccoli
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
directions
Cut chicken into chunks. Place in oven safe baking dish. Drain pineapple into a bowl, put pineapple juice, yoshida sauce, sugar, and teriyaki sauce all in together with raw chicken and mix it well. Cover with foil and place in oven at 425 for 20-30 minutes. Take foil off chicken and bake another 10-15 minutes uncovered at 400. While chicken is cooking, steam broccoli, drain and combine with pineapple chunks and set aside. When chicken is finished baking, drain juice from chicken and put in sauce pan. Dissolve corn starch in 3 tbsp. water and add to saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly to make a nice glaze. Iff necessary, add more water to make glaze right consistency. Serve over rice.
