Beef Pot Roast
Adam and Eric loved a pot roast on a Sunday night!
ingredients
- 2-3 pounds of boneless beef chuck
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 8 potatoes
- 8 carrots
- 4 onions
- 8 Brussels sprouts
- salt and pepper to taste
directions
Brown roast in a skillet with olive oil. Add 2 cloves of garlic. Transfer to a deep baking pan or Dutch oven. Add the beef broth,Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 the onions and can tomatoes.Cook at 325° for 90 minutes. covered. Add the potatoes, carrots and remaining onions. Cook for 35 minutes. Add the Brussels sprouts the last 15 minutes
