Creamy Onion Lasana

Enjoy a classic, homey dish with a simple and delicious twist! French onion dip adds a creamy richness to this impressive entree. Make two and freeze one for later.
ingredients
- 1# ground beef
- 1 (26 oz.) jar roasted garlic Parmesan spaghetti sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 c. (8 oz.) 4% cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton French Onion dip
- 1 (25.6 oz) jar Italian sausage and garlic spaghetti sauce
- 12 no-cook lasagna noodles
- 3 c. (12 oz) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

In a Dutch oven, cooke beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir the roasted garlic Parmesan spaghetti sauce into the beef.

In a bowl, combine the egg, cottage cheese and onion dip.

Spread 1 c. Italian sausage and garlic spaghetti sauce into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Top with four noodles. Layer with half the cottage cheese mixture, half the beef mixture and 1 c. mozzarella cheese. Repeat. Top with remaining noodles, sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Cover and bake at 375° for 50 minutes. Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.

Can make an extra to freeze. If doing so, cover and freeze before baking. To cook, thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking and bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until heated through.
