Humus
This is an easy and healthy recipe for you to try. Humus is a middle eastern dish or an appetizer, but it is becoming so popular in the world that you’ll find it anywhere now. However, nothing beats a good homemade humus. This was the only dish I could make when I got married. It is that simple! Enjoy!
ingredients
- 1 can Garbanzo beans or chick peas
- 1/4 Cup Tahini Paste
- 1 clove garlic (more or less to taste)
- 1 tsp. Ground Cumin Powder (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- Parsley, Olive oil & paprika for garnishing

Drain the liquid from the can.

Blend together all the first 6 ingredients to a smooth paste.

Add water little by little if too thick.
- 4
Garnish with Parsley, a little olive oil, paprika & serve with pita bread.
