Meat Ravioli Filling

Grandma and Grandpa’s Ravioli
ingredients
- 2 lbs of ground chuck
- 1/2 lb of pork ground
- 1/2 lb of veal ground
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup bread crumb
- 1 garlic grated
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 cup finly chopped parsely
- Romano cheese

Mix everything together well. Set aside until you’re ready to put it in the dough.

Roll it out first on 5 then on 3.5 machines will varry.

roll small meatballs and place on one strip leaving two fingers between meatballs.

Cover with other strip and cut each ravioli. Take a fork and press the dough together around the meatball and poke the top for even cooking.
