Ice Box Wafers
ingredients
- 1 Package Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers
- 1 (8 oz.) Carton of Whipping Cream
- 1/2 tsp.Vanilla Extract
- Powdered Sugar (to taste)

Whip the cream adding 1/2 tsp. of vanilla and powdered sugar (to taste) until cream forms soft peaks.

Spread Whipped cream on a wafer. Put wafer on tray or plate. Spread whipped cream on second wafer and place on top of first wafer. Repeat process until you have a stack of six. Start a second stack; make as many stacks as you need. After you have all the stacks made you-then “ice the stacks” as you would a cake.

Put in refrigerator until ready to serve.

This dessert should be made 4 to 5 hours in advance of serving.
