Jayme's Jack Cheese Oven Omlete
ingredients
- 12 slices bacon chopped (or sausage)
- 6 green onions thinly sliced
- 12 eggs
- 15 oz. shredded jack
- 1.5 t. seasoning salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 t. Dijon
directions
Fry bacon, chop. Sauté onions in leftover bacon grease. Beat eggs, milk, Dijon, seasoning salt. Add bacon, onions, all cheese except 3/4 cup. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Add remaining cheese on top, cook for another 5 minutes.
