Butterscotch Nuggets
A cookie that Grandma Hilda made each year at Christmas, Uncle Mark’s favorite!
ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 2/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chopped nuts
directions

Cream butter, add sugars cream add egg, vanilla.

Sift dry ingredients add to above .Add nuts Drop

1 tsp dough on baking sheet.Make a depression (using back of measuring spoon)on each before baking and again during baking.Bake 375 for 10 minutes Cool.

Frost each cookie with a chocolate frosting then put a half of walnut in the center of each pressed into the frosting
