Wine-marinated Country-style Ribs
ingredients
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh or 1 Tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup dry red wine or grape juice
- 1 Tsp sugar
- 1/s Tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 lbs pork country style ribs

Cook rosemary and garlic in oil in 1 1/2-quart sauce pan over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until garlic is tender; remove from heat. Stir in wine, sugar, salt and pepper. Place pork in shallow dish or plastic bag pour in wine mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning pork occasionally.

Grill pork chops over drip pan until pork chops are done.
