Shrimp and Lobster Louis Salad
ingredients
- 4 Oz (1 1/2 cups) uncooked rainbow rotini (spiral pasta)
- 1/3 Cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs chopped green onions
- 3 Tbs chili sauce
- 1 Tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 lb fresh or frozen shelled deveined cooked medium shrimp, thawed
- 1/4 lb fresh or frozen flaked cooked lobster or crabmeat, thawed
- 2 to 4 leaves leaf lettuce

1. Cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on package.

2. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, onions, chili sauce and lemon juice. Mix well.

3. Drain rotini; rinse with cold water to cool. Add cooked rotini, shrimp and lobster to mixture in bowl; toss gently to mix. Serve on lettuce-lined plates.
