ingredients

Truffles
  • 3 cups [18 oz] semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 14 oz can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk [not evaporated]
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract
Coatings
  • finely chopped toasted nuts
  • flaked coconut
  • chocolate sprinkles
  • unsweetened cocoa powder
  • powdered sugar
  • colored sugar

directions

  • 1

    In large saucepan melt chips with condensed milk. Remove from heat and still in vanilla.

  • 2

    Pour into medium bowl, cover and chill 2-3 hours or until firm.

  • 3

    Shape into 1" balls and roll in desired coating.

  • 4

    Store covered in refrigerator
